From the Marvel comic book Millie the Model (February 1966, issue #135). Long running comic book heroine of the title trades the runways and catwalks to be a go-go discotheque dancer at The Pudding Bowl for this quartet in issue #135. They reappear in issue 137 (May 1966)

Lineup: Limeys Marv and Koko, and American brothers Joe and Russ Brockman.
