Mr. Dischord

Supervillain who just pops into existence for no good reason in the "Ibis and Mr. Dischord" story of comic book Ibis #2 (1943). Seriously, a random man plays discordant notes on a pipe organ, and then Mr. Dischord just pops out of one of the pipes. Worst origin story ever.

Then, a bit later, somehow Mr. Dischord is the reincarnation of the Black Pharoah from 4,000 years ago. And then, somehow, he's in love with superhero Ibis' sidekick, Talia.

Mr. Dischord's power is a magic tin whistle that makes two truck drivers fight, and an opera orchestra switch to jazz/swing music. He kidnaps Talia and he and Ibis have a magic fight, before Ibis sends him back into the organ pipe.
