Nightclub singer from "The Unsound of Music" episode (November 28, 1968) of TV series Family Affair (1966-71).

The episode starts with her singing "You're Nobody 'Til SomeBody Loves You" in a fancy restaurant. Uncle Bill is there and clearly a fan. We learn the two of them go way back: “London, Madrid, Paris, and Acapulco.”

When Bill brings Cissy an autographed copy of her latest album, Songs That Will Live Forever, Cissy mentions, “She sure is making a terrific comeback.”

Little Buffy decides she also wants to be a singer and is excited for music class, but she turns out to sing horribly off-key. Bill asks Julie to tutor Buffy.

Jody turns out to sing great and has to perform at the school’s Parents' Night, much to his chagrin.

At the end of the episode, little Jody sings, “Every Little Boy Can Be President“ (composed by David Saxon, lyrics by Diane Lampert and Peter Farrow). The song was originally from a 1961 episode of The Chevy Show, “O'Halloran’s Luck.” United Artists released a 45rpm single of Johnny "Jody" Whitaker singing it in May 1968 (UA 50296, b/w "The Garden Song").

Played by real singer Kaye Stevens.
