Jump to navigationJump to searchBlouse is a britpop band from the 1997 satirical television series Brass Eye. They attracted controversy for their song “Me Oh Myra,” a song of love to Myra Hindley, one of the Moors Murderers.
They are a parody of the real-life band Pulp. Their singer Purves Grundy is based off of Pulp’s singer Jarvis Cocker, and the “Me Oh Myra” music video is based off of the one for Pulp’s “Razzmatazz.”
