From Omikron: The Nomad Soul (CD-ROM computer game by Quantic Dream), 1999. Also released for Dreamcast system in 2000.
Real rocker David Bowie, Reeves Gabrels (guitarist for Bowie project Tin Machine) and Gail Ann Dorsey voiced the Dreamers.
Bowie also wrote the songs for the game, including a track called "The Dreamers."
