Muppet violin virtuoso appearing in the "Music is More than Technique" episode of the ITV/HBO educational series The Ghost of Faffner Hall (first aired 2 Oct. 1989). Real musician Ry Cooder helps him overcome stage fright.

His name is a pun on real violin virtuoso, Niccolò Paganini (1782–1840).
