Temperamental, demanding, and stubborn conductor of The Loudharmonic Symphony Orchestra in Plastic Man #8 (Summer 1947). He clashes with orchestra board member Lucius Dingwithers, who forbids him to use a lighted neon baton to conduct. Raketovsky does it anyway, but is electrocuted by the device during the concert. Plastic Man has to figure out whodunnit, Dingwithers, or the tuba player and bass player that Raketovsky both assaulted during rehearsal.
