Two person local retro-New Wave sounding band in a skit on the "" episode of Portlandia. They are going nowhere until they figure out they need a gimmick, and add their cat Kevin to the band by adding a mic and an amp to his scratching post. It goes viral, and their song/video "Whisker Patrol."
