Female Scottish bagpiper and singer from the "Bonnie Blows the Blues" story of comic book Power Comics #2 (July 1945). She fronts a dance band at a resort in Loch Lomond when local creeps Slick and Greasy steal the box office and are then forced to hide it in her bagpipes when detective Johnny Noderick comes in.
When they assault her to get the pipes (and cash), she handily beats them up and turns them over to Noderick.
