Rock star who accidentally arrives in Cicely, Alaska, creating quite a stir in the “Heroes” episode (Oct 19, 1992) of dramedy tv series Northern Exposure. series regular and local film auteur Ed Chigliak (Darren E. Burrows) makes a documentary about it.
