Country-Western singer from the batcrap loony television series [Noel Fielding's Luxury Comedy]. His hair and handlebar mustache look like copper brillo pads, and he has dozens of plastic googly eyes stuck on his face.

He shows up in two different episodes, "The Jelly Fox" and "Tiger With Chlamydia". The second time, he gets in a disagreement with his producer, show regular Tony Reason, a manta ray with human features. I told you the show was batcrap loony.
