From the children's picture book Bats Around the Clock written by Kathi Appelt and illustrated by Melissa Sweet (HarperCollins, 2000). He takes part in Click Dark's American Batstand 12 hour dance party marathon television broadcast. It sounds horrible to watch, much less participate in, due to the fact it goes on for TWELVE HOURS. And the dances only change on the hour.
