No, not the former Journey lead singer. This is a one-man tribute to the former Journey lead that is mentioned in "Vocalist Leaves Journey Tribute Band Over Creative Differences", a 7 Oct. 1997 story from the satirical news site The Onion. Vocalist Rick Balaban forms the "group" after leaving Wheel in the Sky.
