Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Band knock-off from a 2009 ad campaign for convenience store chain Wawa's "Hoagiefest." Parry Gripp wrote a number of short Beatles pastiches for the campaign, including "Captain Hoagie's Shorti Brigade," (yes, that's how Wawa spells it). The song describes this band playing Hoagiefest.
Lineup:
- Captain Hoagie, lead guitar
- Admiral Italian
- First Private Turkey
- Corporal Cheesesteak
"Then when Captain Hoagie solos on his guitar, it's really gonna blow your mind."
