Older, established, classical conductor from "The Pianist" story of Prize romance comic book Young Brides vol. 3, #4 (#22, May-June 1955).
He is trying to help struggling young pianist Carl Dennis, but his debut concert keeps getting postponed. He calls Carl his protege and says he "... is the most talented young man I have met in twenty years, and I am going to present him in a concert as soon as I can!"
He eventually presents Carl in concert, who gets a tremendous ovation.
Maestro Tosca's name comes from the 1900 Italian opera Tosca by Giacomo Puccini.
