Minor musician character from the "Fun Bus" scene of the 2019 animated film The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part
Lego released a Candy Rapper minifig as part of a series of figures from the movie (set 71023). She has a ballerina skirt, microphone, and an old-school cassette tape(?!).
