Tuba-like brass wind instrument with three bells and no valves, from the 1956 Dr. Seuss children's book If I Ran the Circus.

It's played in the Circus McGurkus by a small, furry, large-footed, bipedal creature called a Bolster and makes "bloops."

Not to be confused with the One-nozzled noozer.
