Goony, litigious songwriter whose song "Minnesota Minnie" has apparently been ripped off by the title song of the 1944 lightweight comedy Kansas City Kitty. He sues and is ready to take over the song's publishing company, Lathim and Clark. Played by an uncredited Matt Willis.
