In the film's batcrazy climax, Z-Man comes on to handsome gigolo Lance Rocke (Michael Blodgett) at a drug-fueled party. When he's rebuffed, Z-Man goes nuts, revealing himself to really be female/trans, killing Lance with a sword, and murdering three more people: his servant Otto, Carrie Nations member Casey, and Casey's lesbian lover Roxanne.
