From the animated film Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire (2003).

This band is comprised of Dark Skull, Stormy Weathers, and Lightning Strikes.

They entered the band contest at the Vampire Rock Music Festival the following year, They dressed up like vampires in order to kidnap members of bands so they could win.
