From the animated film Scooby-Doo and the Legend of the Vampire (2003). They are a band comprising of Dark Skull, Stormy Weathers and Lightning Strikes They entered the band contest at the Vampire Rock Music Festival the follwing year, They dressed up like Vampires in order to kidnap members of bands so they could win.
