Possibly spelled Who-Whoober, hoo knows. Musical instrument native to the Whos of Whoville, from the 1966 Dr. Seuss animated television special How the Grinch Stole Christmas!

It is a multiple-belled brass wind instrument, including several bells nested within each other. It has three valves, in the manner of a trumpet.

The instrument is not in the original 1957 book.
