Wailing Fungus

Vaguely anthropomorphic space fungus featured in the animated series [1]. He/it is referred to as a folk singer in "Bendin' in the Wind" (first aired 22 April 2001). But when we hear his music, in "Proposition Infinity" (first aired 8 July 2010), it sounds more late-'70s/early-'80s hard rock.
