A parody of... Spinal Tap? Ow! Parodies of parodies make my head hurt. From the "This is Vinyl Crap - Part Two ("New Year's Evil!")" story of comic book Elvira, Mistress of the Dark #153 (January 2006), published by Claypool Comics. Drawn by Ron Sutton, and written by Janet Hetherington.
They're playing Trick Dark's New Year's Eve concert. Also in the story is Malice Spooker.
