Temperamental, demanding conductor from the "Music Maestro Please" story of teen comic book My Little Margie's Boyfriends #8 (Sep 1957). He has a tantrum and literally boots a player out of the orchestra.
His name is probably based on famous real conductor Leopold Stokowski.
