Blues guitarist played by actual blues guitarist Brownie McGhee in the 1987 movie Angel Heart. The rest of his band was played by real musicians as well: Sugar Blue (harmonica), Pinetop Perkins (piano), Deacon John Moore (guitar), Richard Payne (bass), W. Alonzo Stewart (drums), and Lillian Boutte (vocals).
Brownie McGhee also played fictional bluesman Eddie Dupre.
