Amateur band of kids, and protagonists of the 1997 children's picture book The Trash Can Band by Lois Bick, illustrated by Randy Verougstraete.
Everyone in Beech Rock hates their noise until they use it to rescue lost campers, so eat it, grown-ups!
Lineup:
- Beth Ann, trash can percussion, leader
- Jack, comb, tambourine, and pie tins or cake pans
- Trish, the "push-pull broom," which just seems to be a regular broom with some bells at the top.
