Rival band of Black Canary that appears in the comic book Black Canary Vol. 4, #2 (September, 2015).
They wear red hooded robes, and claim that Black Canary stole something from them they want back.
The band's name is a reference to Golden Age Black Canary villains the Order of the Crimson Crystal, who appeared in the "Mystery of the Crimson Crystal" story in Flash Comics #93 (March 1948), written by Robert Kanigher and drawn by Carmine Infantino.
