(Also known as The Holywelkin Orchestra.) Exceptionally complex musical instrument created by a genius physicist, Arthur Holywelkin, in Kim Stanley Robinson's 1985 science fiction novel The Memory of Whiteness. In the novel, Johannes Wright is the ninth master of the instrument.
