Singer who's really just a revenge scheme invented by a talent agent from the "Singing Swindle!" story of comic book Smash Comics #85 (October 1949).

Noxious, yet talented, yet comic-relief talent agent "Percentage" Graftly got strong-armed by hero Midnight (really radio/TV announcer Dave Clark) into giving singer Peggy Sweet her rightful earnings.
