An unnamed German musician, he didn't salute Hitler, so Hitler has an iron mask welded over his head, and tells him the only way to get it off is to bring him the head of Spy-Smasher.

No, not the famous character from the 1850 Dumas' novel. This one is a Nazi saboteur sent to wreak havoc in America and take down hero Spy-Smasher.
