Crime boss and nemesis of comic book superhero The Music Master (Heroic Comics). He's responsible for the death of Papa Antonini, who had rediscovered Stradivarius's shellac formula. The Mad Fiddler steals the formula and uses it to churn out forged Stradivari to sell for big bucks.
He seems to have no other musical interests, and doesn't play an instrument. He's more interested in remaining mysterious by directing his underlings via short wave radio instead of face to face.
