Pop combo packing them in at the swank New York clubs in the "Too Late to Love" story of romance ocmic book Heart and Soul #2 (June-July 1954). Ambitious singer Loren Bruce strings all three along before leaving the combo at the first opportunity.

The combo perseveres to success with new singer, Jan Henry, who becomes leader Dave Kent's wife. When Bruce tries to come back, she is rejected.
