Rock band seen only on posters in the background at fictional Los Angeles rock club The Bourbon Room in the 2012 hair metal musical film Rock of Ages, set in the year 1987.
The name is a reference to cult leader Jim Jones and his People's Temple cult and their mass murder/suicide on November 18, 1978.
