Frustrated concert violinist turned criminal and nemesis of cowboy comic book hero The Vigilante, from the DC comic book series Action Comics. He first appeared in the "Fiddler's Fee" story of Action Comics #59 (April 1943). He posed as a blind street musician and played coded messages on his violin to orchestrate his gang.

His last appearance was in Action Comics #91 (December 1945).

Real name Benjamin Bowe.
