Just mentioned-in-passing band from the "Firefly, Light My Fire" episode of downright wacky 1970 Sid and Marty Krofft TV show The Bugaloos.

DJ Peter Platter announces their hit song "Stale Buttermilk" on radio station KOOK, but his talking microphone says "Hit? Phooey! It's a bomb!"
