Along with their real fake bands (The Worthless Peons and Hibbleton), Scrubs mainstays Ted Buckland (Sam Lloyd) and the Janitor (Neil Flynn) joined Chris Turk (Donald Faison) and Lloyd Slawski (Mike Schwartz) in this "air band" (air guitar, air bass, air drums, and air vocals) in the episode "My Half-Acre" (first aired 7 Feb. 2006). Before he joins the group, Turk suggests they call themselves Mercy Flush.
