Exceptionally loud four-piece all-bird puppet band that plays Patchy the Pirate's party in the "SpongeBob's House Party" episode of SpongeBob SquarePants (17 May 2002). The quartet was hired by Patchy's pet parrot Polly, but Patchy would have preferred hearing from The First Mates or Rusty Hinges and the Boys From the Brig.
Fun fact: The Bird Brains' lead singer was voiced by the Cramps' Lux Interior!
