Parody of real New Wave band Talking Heads from the "Final Transmission" episode (October 12, 2016) of IFC mockumentary series Documentary Now!
They first appeared September 14, 2016 of Late Night With Seth Meyers, performing "Art+Student=Poor."
The day after the episode aired, they released an album of eight songs by the band.
