When Superman's alter ego Clark Kent is publicly "blinded," he goes to England and takes on a new alter ego, that of popular disc jockey, Clark the 'K' (a reference to real-life DJ and rock n roll pioneer Murray the K). Clark the K chooses this guy to be the next big thing.
