Fictional four-stringed instrument from the animated Disney Junior television series Vampirina. It looks like just a custom-made guitar shaped like a human skull, but in the episode "The Ghoul Girls," (October 27, 2017) it's distinguished as being different from guitars.
The name is a portmanteau of "spooky" and "ukelele."
