Fictional 1980s New Wave band playing a cover of real New Waver Adam Ant's "Stand and Deliver" in a club on Sunset Strip in L.A. The band was played by real band No Doubt; "Snowed Out", is a play on words of "No Doubt".
This was No Doubt's first new song in five years.
