Eighties hair metal singer who is now a has-been, playing a grocery store opening in the "Burt Rocks" episode of the FOX sitcom Raising Hope (November 30, 2010). His big hit was "Burning Deep Inside." Played by Jason Lee.

Burt had a chance to play guitar for him in high school, when Floyd's Smoke Gets All Up In Your Everything tour stopped in town. Floyd's guitar player got too fat for his leather pants, so Floyd held open auditions to replace him. Burt was laughed out of the auditions when his then infant son started bawling.

Some twenty years later, after hearing the story, his now adult son arranges for a now has been Floyd to play Grocery-palooza, so his dad can play guitar for him as his backup band.
