Presumably Irish finalist for the Eurovision Song Contest of 1996 in the "Song for Europe" episode (3 Apr. 1996) of British sitcom Father Ted. Only glimpsed on a sign, along with the title of his song, "The Drums of Africa Are Calling Me Home," he loses to Father Ted Crilly and Father Dougal McGuire.
