One of the many jazz personalities created by DJ/producer Madlib. Since 2000, Madlib has brought forth an ecosystem of imaginary bands and musicians by releasing material on the Stones Throw Records label. Russel Jenkins played bass on recordings by Sound Directions and the Joe McDuphrey Experience.
