Parody of long time children's musician Raffi in the "Ruffled Ruffee" episode of Tiny Toon Adventures (first aired 11 November 1992). Voiced by Rob Paulsen. Ruffee is holding a concert, singing twee praises to obedience, when he is upstaged by a guitar playing Buster Bunny (voiced by Charlie Adler).
