On Portlandia Season 8 Episode 1 (18 Jan. 2018), Riot Spray is an aesthetically 80s/90s era hardcore band Fred Armisen’s character Spyke reunites to try and make a statement against current day politicians. Other members of the band include Brendan Canty (Fugazi), Krist Novoselic (Nirvana) and Henry Rollins (Black Flag) who are all seemingly playing themselves.
