Comedian Jim Turner appeared as this hippy-dippy space cadet character in a series of promotional shorts from 1987-1990 on MTV and the HA! channel. He ran for president. Turner created the character while a member of the comedy group Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre.

He had a song and music video, "Either Way It's Fine With Me", which also appeared on the 1990 Duck's Breath Mystery Theatre album, Born to be Tiled.
