Teenager Chip's hardcore band from Hi and Lois (comic strip by Brian & Greg Walker). Not sure when it first appeared, but here's a definite March 22, 1998 appearance.

Apparently the band was based and named after a real band that Brian Walker's son Andrew was in (see image).

The band may have gone through other names as it evolved, including Noy-Z and Deaf Zeppelin.
