Violinist and music professor at Mitchell University in the short story "Concerto in A-Flat" by Howard Mumford Jones, first published in literary magazine The Smart Set, volume 64, no. 4 (April 1921). He plays at a faculty recital at a school auditorium. He's had a concerto published.
